Telestack RSL 52 fixed length radial stacker heading to Australian coal mine

Telestack, owned by US-based Astec Industries, has announced the award of new contract for the supply of a RSL 52 fixed length radial stacker to a coal mine via its distributor in Australia, Mineral Processing Solutions.

The 1,000 t/h customised radial stacker will be supplied to the mine on the East coast of Australia and hosts a range of optional extras, some of which include:

  • Dual access walkways;
  • Compliance with AS 3000 Electrical Standards;
  • Compliance with AS 4324.1 Structural Standards
  • Compliance with AS 4024 Guarding Standards;
  • Upgraded scrapers and tracking rollers from Flexco; and
  • Slew encoders and radar pile high sensor

The unit will be used as a bypass stacking conveyor and the material will be spread using dozers, Telestack says.
