GR Engineering executes Davyhurst mill expansion EPC contract with Ora Banda Mining

Ora Banda Mining Ltd has executed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with GR Engineering Services Limited for a 3 Mt/y processing plant as part of the Davyhurst Mill Expansion Project, in Western Australia.

As announced on May 18, 2026, GR Engineering had previously been appointed as preferred contractor for the project, with the sum being A$233 million ($165 million).

The project is progressing well with earthworks commencing in late May and the team is now focused on advancing delivery of the project, Ora Banda says.

Tony Patrizi, Managing Director of GR Engineering, said: “GR Engineering is pleased to be working again with the Ora Banda team. We see this contract award as a strong endorsement of GR Engineering’s proven process design record and EPC delivery capability. GR Engineering continues to build its contracted pipeline of work in FY27 and FY28.”
