I was recently on my way to Supercharge my Tesla Model 3 when I spotted just the second Volkswagen ID. Buzz I had seen in the wild. It was charging at an Electrify America station. Given that this is now my absolute favorite electric vehicle, I had to interview the owner. Unsurprisingly, she loves the refreshed and electric version of the iconic hippie van, and this is after owning a Tesla Model 3 and a Ford Mustang Mach-E previously. You can hear a bit more about it and also see her inventive and super fun headrest covers in the video below.
Incidentally, while I was interviewing her and her husband, another VW ID. Buzz pulled up! So, I then interviewed the owner of the 3rd ID. Buzz I’ve seen in the wild next, while he waited for an Electrify America stall to open up (a common issue at this Electrify America station). I combined that interview with the first one in the video below. Enjoy!
