Epiroc says its new COPROD 89 drilling tools set a new benchmark in surface drilling, being engineered for durability, precision and productivity.
Designed to meet the evolving demands of surface mining and quarrying, the Epiroc COPROD 89 system delivers increased rates of penetration and reduced fuel consumption thanks to increased flushing capabilities, Epiroc says.
The drill string combines the best of both worlds – the speed of tophammer drilling and the precision of down-the-hole drilling – while offering improved wear resistance and simplified maintenance.
