SpectraFlow Analytics has received an order for one SpectraFlow Crossbelt Analyzer from Dye Non-Ferrous Metal Group for its Ausmelt TSL copper smelter in Huangshi, China.
Daye Non-Ferrous Metal Company is one of the five biggest raw copper producers in the world and is a leader in terms of cathode copper production capacity and sales revenue in mainland China. With this order SpectraFlow is further increasing its presence in the copper industry after the recent installations with other leading copper producers.
The SpectraFlow Online Analyzer is installed at the concentrate blending area of the plant and is used to optimise the mixing of the different concentrate qualities to a stable and consistent feed to the smelter. This will considerably reduce variations and increases the efficiency of the smelting process.
