On December 2, 2025, TAKRAF Mining Technology (Beijing) Co Ltd and CFHI Tianjin Heavy Industries Co Ltd signed a cooperation framework agreement in Beijing, China. The signing was attended by Thomas Jabs, CEO of TAKRAF Group, and Quan Huaqiang, General Manager of CFHI, as well as representatives from both companies.
TAKRAF said the strategic partnership marks a new chapter in TAKRAF Group’s collaboration with leading Chinese industry partners, aiming to jointly develop the open-pit mining equipment market and enhance innovation in sustainable mining solutions. Both companies will leverage their combined expertise in technology, manufacturing and market development to deliver safer, smarter and greener solutions for China’s mining sector.
