In 2018, Britt was named one of Midwest Energy News’ 40 under 40 emerging clean energy leaders.

Prior to joining CEN, Britt served as a senior associate at a top political consulting firm in Michigan, where she helped manage the firm’s energy practice, specializing in clean energy and energy efficiency advocacy and non-profit management. She also formerly directed strategic communications for the Michigan Conservative Energy Forum from 2015-2018.

She currently serves as a director on the boards of the Rainey Center Freedom Project and the James Madison College Alumni Association at Michigan State University. His experience in the Michigan Senate also includes time as an Administrative Assistant for the Senate Majority Leader as well as the Legislative and Constituent Affairs Aide for the Senate Appropriations Chairman.

In 2016, Bradley managed two campaigns for the Michigan House of Representatives, helping solidify a swing district in southeast Michigan, winning by nearly 10,000 votes. In 2018 was responsible for overseeing field operations for a handful of Michigan State Senate races.

Graduating from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with Distinction in 2016, Bradley served as the Student Body President his senior year.
